Designing

Teräselementti Oy offers comprehensive designing services based on customers’ needs. Our designers are here to serve you in the following areas: architectural designing, shell structure designing and structural designing of our own products. We outsource our steel frame designing activities to our long-term partners. Three-dimensional product models are used in steel structure designing. If necessary, we will carry out the designing activities for your entire site. We also carry out projects according to our customers’ own designs.

Production

The steel frames and façade structures are produced in Lempäälä where our engineering works and prefabricated concrete factory are located. The total area of the factories is more than 23,000 m². Prefabrication at our engineering works involves refining steel-grit blasted raw material into parts that can be welded. All of the essential phases in the work, i.e. ones that require dimensional accuracy, are performed according to CNC regulations using modern machinery. Finished structures are surface-treated with the customer’s desired painting combination in our paint shop.

Installation

Teräselementti’s own installation supervisors and installers are responsible for the installation of the structures. In this way, we can assure our customers that their quality requirements, as well as those set by authorities, are achieved and that we abide by the set schedule. Together with our experienced installers, site foremen, who are qualified in supervising work with steel structures, make up the professional and committed team we have at Teräselementti.
