Implementation

Teräselementti Oy carries out contracting of high-quality walls for office buildings and other public buildings based on the turn-key principle. As our starting point, we use designs by architects; we create solutions for details and structures and have them approved by the head designer and building inspector, and we make plans for production and install the wall units. We always strive to prepare the walls as far as possible at the factory to reduce the time it takes to install them at the site, which keeps water outside the building and heat inside. To be able to do this, we have invested in modern technology and vehicles which are appropriate to transport large units. We place no limitations on the use of materials; however, light-weight materials, such as glass, various metals, wood and ceramic tiles are the most appropriate materials to use for this type of work.

Our designers are specialized in designing façade structures. Their strengths lie in their long-standing experience, their knowledge of how structures work, and their close connection to production and installation. The best solutions are created with the combined efforts of the project managers, designers, supervisors, and installation supervisors, right from the pre-planning phase.

Teräselementti’s own installation supervisors and installers are responsible for the installation of the structures. In this way, we can assure our customers that their quality requirements, as well as those set by authorities, are achieved and that we abide by the set schedule.
